Tamil Nadu student’s ‘lightest satellite’ to be part of Nasa’s mission

The National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) has picked a FEMTO satellite designed by Riyasdeen Samsudeen, a student from Tamil Nadu, for its next mission. The satellite has also been called the ‘lightest satellite’ by the student.Second-year Mechatronics Engineering student, Riyasdeen Samsudeen from Trichy had designed FEMTO variety satellite named Vision Sat V1 and V2, each with a payload of 33mg and measuring just 33mm.
